Professor Kimberley Hall.

This is Professor Kimberley Hall. :o) Her research is in the application of ultrafast optical techniques to the study of dynamic phenomena and quantum control in semiconductors, she has contributed substantially to the understanding of spin relaxation and has made pioneering contributions to spintronic device innovation. Professor Hall's most current research is focused on the search for novel physical phenomena with applications in spintronics and quantum computing, with an emphasis on understanding and controlling the optical properties of diluted magnetic semiconductors and semiconductor quantum dots.
